Supervisors will visit regularly which will remain closely involved with the security function. As a client of Guardtique you will have direct contact with senior management 24/7This is backed by a 24-hour control room services with radio and telephone communication to each site. Weekly/monthly meetings between the client and a representative of our management team will be held to discuss security related
matters.

Training

At GuardTique Security (Pty) Ltd, we place an inordinate emphasis on training in the Security Industry. Our guards are highly trained not only according to the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority specifications but also, because we believe in employing the most qualified Security Personnel, with supplementary courses not prescribed by the PSIRA, refresher and on-site training and audits are also taking place on a continual basis.

Recruitment / Employment

GuardTique Security (Pty) Ltd recruitment and employment policy falls within the determination and spirit of the Equity Employment Act 55 of 98.  All application forms and interview questions are based on appropriate selection criteria and are job related.

Where possible, for promotions aspects, we shall strive to our best to promote internally.  Whenever we are not able to recruit internally, we attempt to recruit employees from the ranks of the designated groups.
